Recreational – wellbeing sessions are booked through the online registration form
As part of the conference programme, participants are invited to join the Conference Run 5K, a refreshing morning energizer designed to boost energy levels and bring attendees together in an active and informal setting. The run welcomes runners and walkers of all fitness levels, from seasoned athletes to beginners, offering a pace and experience that everyone can enjoy.
The run will be coordinated by marathon runner Maria Polyzou.

Start your day with a moment of calm, movement, and balance. As part of the conference wellbeing activities, participants are invited to join a guided morning yoga session designed to help you reset, recharge, and prepare for the day ahead with clarity and positive energy.
This session is open to all levels and offers a unique opportunity to reconnect with yourself while sharing a peaceful experience with fellow participants. Through gentle movement and mindful breathing, the session aims to promote physical wellbeing, mental focus, and inner balance — creating the perfect start before a full day of conference activities.
