Hazel is an entrepreneur at heart and has built a regionally recognized and successful multi-million dollar businesses – Biz Group, starting the company in 1993 with just $700. The group now employs 62 professionals and provides services in the fields of design and delivery of corporate training, deploying learning technology solutions, teambuilding, meeting facilitation and even launched the regions first Virtual Reality Leadership Lab.

A Multipliers Master Practitioner Hazel delivers this dynamic leadership content to chief executives and directors both in focused practical workshops and through large inspiring keynotes. Often booked as the second keynote deliverer to the author globally, she has developed a unique style of connecting the Multipliers leadership messages to tangible business issues and the needs of entrepreneurs and growth businesses. Whilst mastering the content, she has been instrumental in establishing Multipliers partners in South Africa and Europe as well as owning the license rights for the Middle East.
The combination of her business interests and dynamic delivery skills has resulted in Hazel being in demand for conference facilitation and senior team engagement. Whether it is helping new CEOs assimilate and accelerate their integration into a team (from 3 months to 3 hours); enabling a dysfunctional team to become high performing; designing interventions that will engage large or intimate audiences of professionals to meet business outcomes; or just keeping an important offsite, on topic, on time and on track to meet their objectives. Hazel brings unique energy and curiosity to enabling your meeting to be successful and leverage the time of the attendees.
When Hazel isn’t engaged in client interventions, her role as CEO is to establish new partners and alliances. She is an avid reader, attends 4-6 global thought leader conferences a year and is regularly engaged for her learning industry perspective by local media.

Angeliki is the Executive Director of the A.C. Laskaridis Charitable Foundation. She holds a PhD in Classical Archaeology and an MBA. After a career in archaeology and cultural management, she worked in communications, advising organizations, politicians, and academics.
She is Vice President of the Greek National Tourism Organization and Greece’s National Coordinator for the transition away from single-use plastics. Angeliki also mentors women in public life, serves on several boards, and contributes regularly to Greek media.
Pascal Morgan, technology pioneer, creative thinker and passionate speaker, cross-industry digital transformation advisor, looks back at over a 32-year career in Technology, Media, and Innovation as a senior executive and strategist for Fortune 500 companies and industry leaders such as Coca-Cola, Deutsche Telekom, AOL, and Pixelpark.
He experienced the rise of exponential technologies since the early 90s. In his career from top digital agencies to large corporations, from publishing, media, telecommunications to retail industries he dealt with the thread we all have in common: a global, all encompassing, and accelerating transformation. And a shared responsibility on how we shape our future. Pascal grew up between Europe, Asia, and USA. A fascinating story of personal transformation, life-long curiosity, professional business career – and mastering the hardships of life. As the founder of think.speak.transform., he connects, advises, and speaks on transformation, disruptive technologies, new business models as well as ethical challenges for a sustainable future. This includes guiding startups, companies, and corporations through times of constant change. He is also a senior mentor at Germantech, investor, co-founder and startup advisor, previously Board Member of the European Technology Chamber and a long-term faculty member of the Futur/io Institute. He studied Philosophy in Frankfurt and has been trained in choreography, stage performance, and professional speaking.
Despina Ploussiou is the founding visionary of the Syros Healing Waves Festival, an innovative international gathering that brings together leading clinicians, scholars, and artists to explore the intersections of trauma healing, science, and the arts, with pleasure as a vital dimension of post-traumatic recovery. Conceived from her vision and realized through the Trauma2Therapy Institute, which was co-founded by herself, Sofia Vasilakou and Konstantinos Plousios, the festival has positioned the island of Syros as a unique locus for global dialogue on knowledge, creativity, and post-traumatic flourishing.
Trained in both the United States and Europe, Ploussiou is a psychotherapist with expertise in the treatment of trauma, PTSD, and Complex PTSD (C-PTSD). She earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Hofstra University, following undergraduate studies in Psychology and Sociology at the American University of La Verne. She has completed advanced training (Level 3) in Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and has studied with some of the foremost figures in the field, including Bessel van der Kolk, Richard Schwartz, Frank Anderson, Janina Fisher, and Salvador Minuchin.
Ploussiou has served as the official translator and scientific editor of IFS theory into Greek, ensuring both terminological precision and conceptual clarity. She also directs pre-level one IFS trainings in Greece, thereby cultivating a steadily expanding community of IFS-informed professionals. Her therapeutic orientation integrates Jungian Sandplay Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Ericksonian Clinical Hypnosis, Polyvagal Theory applications, and EMDR trauma therapy, complemented by a five-year program in Systemic Constellation Work (Bert Hellinger) with Dr. Dimitris Stavropoulos.
Her professional experience spans both Greece and the United States. She has worked in psychiatric clinics, public and private schools, and as a mental health supervisor at the Archdiocese of New York’s Support Center for Abused Women, as well as at the HANAC Child and Family Psychosocial Program in collaboration with New York City’s Child Protection Services (ACS).
Her scholarly contributions include the Greek translation of Dr. Frank G. Anderson’s book Transcending Trauma – Healing Complex PTSD with Internal Family Systems Therapy (24 Grammata Editions) and the scientific editing of the Greek editions of Dr. Richard Schwartz’s books, No Bad Parts (Papasotiriou Editions) and Internal Family Systems Therapy (Dioptra Editions).
Since 2004, Despina has maintained a private practice in Voula, Attica, offering trauma and grief therapy for adults, parents, and teenagers. She also coordinates self-awareness groups in collaboration with public and private institutions.
Through her clinical work, her trainings, and her vision for Trauma2Therapy, Despina Ploussiou plays a central role in bringing IFS and trauma-informed healing to Greece, bridging cutting-edge neuroscience with deeply embodied and compassionate therapeutic practice.
Panos Tzivanidis is the Director of Corporate Events & Services for IOC, the International Olympic Committee, widely known for the organisation of the Olympic Games, with headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Panos and his team are responsible for a large variety of activities, including all events organised by the IOC worldwide, together with all accommodation, travel and accreditation needs for the Olympic family for all events around the Games period, plus the Olympic Club, the exclusive hospitality area for the Olympic family, heads of state, VIPs and dignitaries. He is also responsible for the operations of the Olympic Museum in Lausanne as well as the facilities and general services for all the IOC premises.
He joined IOC in June 2013 after having spent 2 years as the Head of Travel & Conferences for UEFA, widely known for the organization of the Champions League, Europa League and National teams EURO tournaments, and previously having spent 11 years with SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication), organizer of Sibos; Panos was the Head of Events and Sibos dealing with all organizational aspects of the exhibition and the conference.
His profession has allowed him to travel in the 4 corners of the world and Panos is a great believer of the power of networking amongst the people in the events/conference/exhibition/association industry.
Dimitris Papanikolaou is a former international basketball player with a distinguished career at both national and club level. His achievements include European and World titles with national youth teams, major European titles at men’s level, multiple Greek Championships and Cups, and individual distinctions for performance and ethics. After retiring from professional sports, he was honored for his sportsmanship and has since focused on social impact initiatives. He is a highly sought-after speaker, delivering inspirational talks in Greece and abroad, raising awareness about autism and promoting resilience, values, and inclusion.
Aria Papanikolaou was born in 2006 and is a high school graduate with a strong passion for acting, voice acting, and animation. Diagnosed with autism at a young age, she has become an active advocate for neurodiversity. She speaks Greek and English fluently, as well as Spanish and Japanese. Aria has participated in international film productions, festivals, and public events, and serves as an ambassador for autism awareness initiatives. Together with her father, she delivers talks and creative projects that inspire audiences and promote inclusion, strength, and acceptance through art and storytelling.
Born in Larissa, Greece, Eleana Andreoudi was awarded a scholarship to the Heinz Bösl Ballet Academy in Munich and was invited to study at the American Dance Academy, the Wiener Staatsoper Ballet Academy, and the École Supérieure de Danse de Cannes Rosella Hightower. She is a scholarship holder of the Alexander S. Onassis Foundation and graduated with honors. She represented Greece at the 11th Eurovision Young Dancers (Warsaw, 2005), where she ranked among the ten best young dancers in Europe. She has won first prizes in several international competitions and received numerous distinctions.
She began her international career in 2018, performing as the Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker by Marius Petipa, Clara in The Nutcracker choreographed by Renato Zanella, Kitri in Don Quixote by Petipa, and the title role in Giselle by Irek Mukhamedov/Petipa. She also performed in Swan Lake by Petipa/Ivanov and in Swan Lake choreographed by Renato Zanella.
She has danced neoclassical works including Herrumbre by Nacho Duato, Fortress by Douglas Lee, Adagietto, Beethoven Opus 73, and Cinderella by Renato Zanella, as well as Opus 25 by Eno Peci.
In 2012, she joined the Greek National Opera Ballet, where she was promoted to Demi-Soloist (2014), Soloist (2015), and Principal Dancer (2017).
At the Arena di Verona, she performed as Principal Dancer in Aida by Franco Zeffirelli with choreography by Vladimir Vasiliev (2018 and 2022) and in Aida by Gianfranco de Bosio with choreography by Susanna Egri (2019 and 2024). She was Principal Dancer in La Traviata by Zeffirelli with choreography by Giuseppe Picone in 2022. In 2023, she performed as Principal Dancer in Aida at the Teatro Filarmonico for the centenary of Franco Zeffirelli.
She made her debut at the Roman Theatre of Verona as the female lead in Zorba the Greek by Mikis Theodorakis, choreographed by Lorca Massine, a new production by Fondazione Arena for the summer of 2023. She returned to the same role in 2024 and 2025 for the 102nd Arena di Verona Opera Festival.
Panagiotis Kouris manages Office Line S. A. as Chief Executive Officer and IT Consultant. Panagiotis holds several degrees and certifications from major global IT vendors and he actively participates in various conferences as a considerable member and a distinguished keynote speaker. With more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Panagiotis has gained extensive experience in the design and implementation of challenging projects, helping organizations respond to real time challenges, no matter how complex or specialized the business requirements are.
Aleksandar Preradovic has almost 20 years of experience in leading positions in the technology industry and in areas such as BDM, sales development, channel sales management, and regional team management. He strongly believes in the difference human resources can make and in the catalytic role of technology for growth and prosperity. Before joining Dell Technologies, Aleksandar Preradovic held key positions in EMEA countries and Latin America.
Antigoni Xioni has more than 25 years of experience in Senior Management and Leadership Roles. During her career, she has developed growth strategies for multiple & diverse businesses and markets and has built strong organizations to manage changing cultures. She has worked in leading local and multinational companies, as 3M, Intralot and Rainbow Waters. She has also long international & multicultural experience in Central East European Countries and Latin America. Antigoni holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from Deree American College of Greece and she is also certified Black Belt Six Sigma (project Management)
