Registration terms & conditions​
  • All registration fees are quoted in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes.
  • Invoices issued to addresses within the European Union must include a valid VAT number. Both the invoicing address and VAT number can be provided during the registration process.
  • Registration fees are based on the date of receipt. To qualify for the stated rates, both the registration request and payment must be received before midnight (Athens time, UTC +2) on the relevant deadline. Otherwise, the next applicable fee period will apply.
  • A handling fee of €20.00 applies to re-issued invoices.
Method of payment​

By Credit Card

  • Online payments are processed through the AM&GA’s secure online system.
  • Once payment is completed, you will be redirected to a confirmation page and will also receive an email with booking details and payment status.

Cancellation & Alteration Policy

Currency

Payments and refunds are made in Euros (€). Any currency exchange differences are the responsibility of the participant.

Refund timing

Refunds will be processed 1 month after the conclusion of the AM&GA.

Refund timing

Approved refunds will be made using the original payment method.

Bank charges

Any bank fees incurred during the refund process are the responsibility of the participant.

Refund Conditions

  • Until 25 January 2026: Full refund minus a €50 administrative fee.
  • From 26 January 2026 onwards: No refunds will be issued.

Alterations / Name Changes

  • Registration transfers are permitted upon written request received on or before 25 January 2026.
  • No transfer requests will be accepted after 26 January 2026.

Insurance

Participants are strongly advised to arrange their own travel and medical insurance, including coverage for personal belongings. Please note that registration for the IAPCO AM&GA 2026 does not cover cancellations, theft, or damage to personal items.

Important information for credit card payments

Due to enhanced security measures required by many banks, you may be asked to complete additional verification steps when making a payment. If a transaction is declined, we recommend attempting with an alternative card.
